Ingredients:
  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ¼  cup    Greek yogurt, 0%     
  • 1 tbsp     Chia seeds 
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • ¼ tbsp   Cinnamon
  • ½           Banana 
  • 1 tbsp Crushed Walnuts
  • 1 tsp Cocoa powder (85% cocoa)
  • 1tsp Chocolate chips (85% cocoa)                                                                                
Instructions:

  1. First, Combine the oats and chia seeds, use a jar, a bowl or a glass cup.
  2. Next, add the yogurt, honey, milk, cocoa powder, and cinnamon.
  3. Mix everything together. Add the topping ( Banana, walnuts and chocolate chips) cover with a lid and put it in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.

  2. Top with apple and crushed almonds.
  3. Place the lid on the jar and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

  3. Cover with a lid and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
