- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup Milk
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt, 0%
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tsp Honey
- ¼ tbsp Cinnamon
- ½ Banana
- 1 tbsp Crushed Walnuts
- 1 tsp Cocoa powder (85% cocoa)
- 1tsp Chocolate chips (85% cocoa)
Instructions:
- First, Combine the oats and chia seeds, use a jar, a bowl or a glass cup.
- Next, add the yogurt, honey, milk, cocoa powder, and cinnamon.
- Mix everything together. Add the topping ( Banana, walnuts and chocolate chips) cover with a lid and put it in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
